Job Description:
	1. Create/maintain FMEA/CP towards customers' requirements.
	2. Handle customer complaint, complete FA/8D report when necessary and drive internal improvement.
	3. Verify and analysis customer returned goods.
	4. Maintain/update SIP base on real situation.
	5. Other jobs assigned by superior of quality department.
	
	Job Requirement:
	1. Good command of reading, writing and speaking skills in English.
	2. Expertise in 8D, PPAP, FMEA/CP and QC 7 tools.
	3. Good practice in logical thinking, persuasive communication and technical judgement/resolution.
	4. Willing to travel flexibility.
